Albstadt - Mayer & Cie says it will make a sizable investment in its circular knitting machine production chain in 2017 aimed at improving the efficiency of its main plant in Albstadt and shortening lead times. Reporting a 10 per cent increase in sales for 2016, compared to the previous year, Managing Director Benjamin Mayer said the company would be investing its three production sites in Albstadt, the Czech Republic and China.
