Florence - Celebrating its official launch at the recent FIMAST exhibition in Brescia was the new, patent pending Easy Toe, an automatic sock seaming attachment that can be easily retro-fitted to single cylinder socks knitting machines from all of the industry?s leading manufacturers.

The team behind the device, NTA Firenze were all present at the Brescia event, demonstrating the device to a steady stream of visitors inter ested to see how this straightforward, but highly effective device can be retrofitted to their current stock of sock knitting machines.

?We wanted to create something for socks makers that would fundamentally help their business in these time of recession but at the same time, it had to be something that was reliable, straightforward to fit and easy to use,? explained sales manager Mr. Venni. ?Essentially, what we have here is an alternative method for the socks manufacturing market to find a way to produce closed toes, something that we believe is a reliable innovative solution.?

Watching the Easy Toe in action, you realise that, as its name suggests, the key aspect of this technology is its simplicity and effectiveness.
