Beijing - Despite uncertainty over price issues, last month?s Cashmere World exhibition in Beijing seemed to offer both exhibitors and buyers renewed confidence in the global cashmere industry.
According to organisers, the optimism expressed at the show was especially welcome in light of the current high prices of raw cashmere, which have risen to an all-time high as a result of large purchases from Chinese buyers and inflationary pressures.
