Lyon - GL Events, a long-term technical partner of Premi?re Vision, is buying back the shares in the exhibition organiser currently held by Eurovet.
The move will raise GL?s holding in the company's capital from 24.50% to 49%, alongside French fabric manufacturers brought together in the Association Premi?re Vision, which maintains a majority stake with 51% of shares.
