Tuesday, 10 December 2013

Obertshausen - With demand for its Multibar Lace machines from countries such as Turkey and Indonesia steadily increasing Karl Mayer has incorporated a new working width into its ML range, creating the right conditions for increasing the production output by as much as 50 per cent.

Speaking to Knitting Trade Journal, Karl Mayer's Oliver Matthews and long-standing Turkish agent, Roland Kunze-Concewitz from Erko, said they were delighted with the amount of interest in machines such as the new ML 46. ?We?ve seen very good business in Turkey,? Mr Matthews said. ?For us, Turkey remains a stable point in the Near East market.
