Frankfurt ? Efficient textile production in terms of energy and resources will be a key topic for German exhibitors at ITMA Asia + CITME 2014, which takes place this June in Shanghai.
The VDMA, the German textile machinery association, points out that volatile prices and sporadic shortages for energy as well as commodities and stricter environmental legislation put textiles producers, particularly in Asia, under pressure to address their environmental footprint.
