Südwolle swoops for Italian yarn spinners

Südwolle Group, the German manufacturer of worsted yarns for the flat and circular knitting sectors is to acquire 100% of Safil and 80% of GTI, the two Italian yarn spinning operations controlled by the Savio family. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
