Zurich - Both global yarn and fabric production reported steady increases in the third quarter of 2013 with the latter benefiting from higher production Asia, which offset a drop in output from European markets when compared to the pervious three months. Compared to the previous year though, the latest figures from the ITMF show a dramatic 20% slump in fabric output from South America.
