Blanes - Nylstar has signed an agreement with Spanish circular knitter Puntiblond that will see Nylstar take over the operations at fabric manufacturer’s knitting plant.
The deal is expected to secure around 40 jobs at Puntiblond site near Barcelona and will also allow Nylstar, which specialises in the production of premium polyamide yarns and fabrics, to extend its premium Meryl sports and fashion fabric range. Puntiblond also operates a bank of warp knitting machines.
