Frick - JMBT Beteiligungen, part of the Jakob Müller Group, has acquired 100 per cent of the share capital of Benninger AG from Benninger Holding AG, a move that adds dyeing and finishing expertise to the Swiss company's current knitted and woven narrow fabric capability. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
