SEOUL ? MBI Technology of South
Korea, has developed a new garment-length circular knitting machine for
intarsia knitwear which has the capability to knit up to a maximum of 42 colours
in a single course.
The new MBI-S1342 machine comes as 25 inch diameter model in 13G with variable gauges from 12 ? 13G. It has 42 intarsia feeders plus two feeders for knitting the rib border and has a reciprocated knitting motion for detailed jacquard patterning and the production of vertical stripes and narrow lines.
