Neukirchen ? Following a year of delays, Lauma Fabrics, one of Eastern Europe?s largest manufacturers of warp knitted fabrics, lace and narrow fabrics has finally acquired 100 per cent of Elastic Textile Europe as well as a 51 per cent stake in its dye house Elastic & Weskott.
