Albstadt - Textile industry supplier Groz Beckert has moved its The Fabric Year Series of lectures to an online format, in light of the current global coronavirus restrictions.

"As in 2016 and 2018, our series of lectures "The Fabric Year" will take place once again in 2020," Groz Beckert said. "In light of the current situation, we will be presenting the exciting insights into key textile markets – with a holistic approach from the fiber to the production of textile fabrics – in digital format. As in previous years, Groz-Beckert will be supported by Andreas Engelhardt from The Fiber Year GmbH."

The presentations will be held in English and have a total duration of approximately 45 minutes. The lecture series will be held a total of four times.

The presentations will be held on the following dates:

  • Friday, 10/30/2020, 10 am UTC/GMT
  • Friday, 10/30/2020, 4 pm UTC/GMT
  • Monday, 11/02/2020, 5 am UTC/GMT
  • Monday, 11/02/2020, 9 pm UTC/GMT

Although the presentations have been recorded in advance, Groz Beckert would also like to offer its delegates the opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Simply send your questions to the contact address that will appear at the end of the presentation.
