Greensboro - Unifi's planned increase in texturing capacity in the US and Central America will be on line in the second half of this year.

Reporting a a 46 per cent jump in net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2015, the specialist yarn supplier said that consumption of synthetic yarn continued to grow in the CAFTA region, particularly with incremental apparel programs moving into the region from Asia.
