Zurich - Shipments of flat knitting machines grew by 60% in 2023 with large diameter circular machines increasing by 17%, according to the latest statistics from the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF).

The report, the 46th annual International Textile Machinery Shipment Statistics (ITMSS), shows that 33,000 large circular knitting machines were shipped in 2023 with Asia & Oceania the leading investor in this category, responsible for 86% of global shipments.
