Seoul - South Korea's Sae-A Trading, one of the world’s largest knitwear manufacturers, has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in bid to strengthen its ethical and sustainable business practices.

Described as the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, signatories to the UNGC pledge to champion corporate responsibility within their supply chains, regardless of company size, and work by 10 guiding principles relating to human rights, the environment, labour and anti-corruption.
