Yiwu ? More than 318,000 international buyers traveled to
source knitwear, hosiery and seamless apparel in China?s Yiwu region during 2009, an
increase of 20% compared to the previous year.
The region is now home to a pool of more than 1,500 hosiery and 350 underwear manufacturers and is now firmly established as a major sourcing and distribution hub for knitted products in China.
